What are my support options?
We provide email and chat support for our Standard and Premium customers.
Additionally, we offer the option of 1-on-1 support screen share sessions for our Premium customers.
You can receive assistance by visiting the question mark in the bottom right corner of your dashboard. We have excellent self-help articles available to help answer questions under the "Answers" section.
You can also select the "Ask" option to ask us a question via chat if a specialist is currently available to assist, or via email.
