What is a lead score?

A lead score is used to rank leads against a scale that represents the perceived value each lead represents to your efforts.

Agent Legend uses a three-star scoring system. How you use the score is up to you and your particular lead management strategy. If you use a different CRM in conjunction with Agent Legend, you're probably already familiar with how lead scoring works.

There are a few particulars with the Agent Legend scoring system.

  • By default, all incoming leads are assigned a default score of one star.
  • At any time you can click on the stars for a particular lead to update their score.
  • We'll use the lead scoring system to auto-suggest leads you should contact. For leads with three stars, we'll suggest you keep in touch with them at least every three months (90 days). So, you'll want to assign scores with that in mind.
