Our Knowledge Base received an upgrade. Over the past few weeks, we've added 100+ new help articles, tips, and tutorials. If you're having trouble, we encourage you to check it out. Also, from any page, you can click the help icon in the bottom-right of the page to instantly ask a question.
You'll also notice there are inline help resources posted on many cards throughout the site. If you're curious, click on the question icon to learn more about a specific piece of functionality.
The leads detail and campaign detail pages have received a fresh new look. The cards are streamlined for a better experience on mobile devices and easier campaign and lead management. We have a lot of new things in store for these areas, and the new layouts will make adding new functionality easier.
You can now tag leads for better organization. Tag them any way that's useful to you.
Then you can easily search/filter based on tags and even add to specific campaigns. In the near future, we will add the use of smart logic to leverage these tags to target different leads in different ways. We also plan to be able to trigger automations off of them.
In addition to tagging leads, you can now give a lead score to your leads. Change scores one at a time or mass update leads with a score that helps you better prioritize your attention.
We're using a 3-star system, and you can use it however you wish. In the next few weeks, we'll roll out even more functionality so you can better leverage lead scoring. This will include smart logic that takes advantage of the star rating to focus on users’ most important leads.
- Manually mark a lead as responded.
- Cancel (and pause) your subscription directly from your Account settings.
- We fixed a few search filtering issues and a timestamp ordering issue on the lead detail pages.
- Bug fix when working hours were sometimes not getting saved.
