A contact score is used to rank contacts against a scale that represents the perceived value each contact represents to your efforts.
Agent Legend uses a three-star scoring system. How you use the score is up to you and your particular contact management strategy. If you use a different CRM in conjunction with Agent Legend, you're probably already familiar with how contact scoring works.
There are a few particulars with the Agent Legend scoring system.
- By default, all incoming contacts are assigned a default score of one star.
- At any time you can click on the stars for a particular contact to update their score.
- We'll use the contact scoring system to auto-suggest contacts you should contact. For contacts with three stars, we'll suggest you keep in touch with them at least every three months (90 days). So, you'll want to assign scores with that in mind.
