Purchasing Letter Credits
How do I buy handwritten letter credits?
Visit our Agent Legend Marketplace to purchase letter credits. You can find the Marketplace within our desktop app on the lefthand sidebar menu. Once you're inside the Marketplace, click to learn more about Handwritten Letters. Here, you can buy credits that will automatically be added to your Agent Legend account.
Do letter credits expire?
No - letter credits do not expire. You can buy in bulk now, and use them when you need them!
Sending Letters to your Leads and Clients
How do I create a letter campaign?
- Click on Handwritten Letters on the lefthand sidebar menu.
- Select a campaign or a blank starter template from our template library:
- Edit the letter content based on your unique voice and objectives:
- Enter in your return address and click "Next Steps". Note: you'll need to have letter credits in your account to move to the next step.
- Upload your card design, create a new card design in Canva, or select from our library of card design templates.
- Upload a CSV file with your letter recipients and map each field in your file to our Agent Legend fields. Check the box to skip any columns that don't map.
- Review the letter proofs and make sure everything looks good before you click "Submit". Note: the letter proofs will show the merge field titles, but don't worry - once we go to production, the values will populate appropriately.
- Click "Submit" to send your letters! Letters will reach their recipient in roughly 7 days.
