How do I archive a contact?

 

  1. Click on the contact tab from the left-hand side and search for the contact that you'd like to archive.
  2. Click into the contact and select the arrow for Status in the contact detail section.

3. Click the toggle to Archive your contact.

The Archive feature is essentially our version of a "Do Not Call" list. Once a contact has been Archived, it can't be edited, added to another campaign, or messaged manually through Agent Legend. When a contact unsubscribes this will happen automatically for you.

To mass archive contacts from your list, click the checkmark at the top corner of the contact tile and select the Archive that appears at the top: 

To see a list of all the contacts who've been archived previously, you can filter for them in the list using the drop-down, here:
