How do I connect LeadMailBox?

LeadMailBox allows professionals to easily manage and connect with new leads.

A LeadMailBox integration with Agent Legend is a seamless way to ensure you're always staying in touch with your new leads.

LeadMailBox Integration Uses and Benefits

• Automatically forward leads directly into Agent Legend follow-up campaigns.
• Trigger leads effortlessly with a direct integration.
• Immediately and automatically contact new LeadMailBox leads.

How to Integrate LeadMailBox:

1. Select your profile icon in your Agent Legend account, then click on Settings.
2. Click on integrations at the top and LeadMailBox from the list of CRMs.
3. Click the button to connect your LeadMailBox account.
4. Create a new integration inside your Agent Legend account. Click on the Integrations tab located towards the top on the left-hand side of the screen.
5. Click on the red New Integration button at the top right of the screen.
6. Select LeadMailBox from the Lead Source dropdown.
7. Select the radio button for CRM.
8. Fill out the CRM Filter box based on your personal preferences. 
   Leads can be separated by Campaign, Loan Purpose, and/or Physical State. 
9. Just below, select the campaign you want those leads to be directed to from the dropdown.
10. Click the red Create Integration button. You’re done! 
    Your next LeadMailBox lead will go directly into the Agent Legend campaign.

Please Note:

The integration will automatically pull in New Leads and existing leads when toggled to the status of "New". 

The data that will be imported includes the Contact's Name, Email, Phone, Address, Loan Amount, and Loan Rate.
