With the changes mandated by the NAR settlement, Agent Legend offers a turn-key solution to help avoid the countless "you got a minute?" calls.
Here's how it works:
- Create a campaign for each of your listings - or you can use our template HERE.
- Be sure to update the campaign with your preferred, broker-approved verbiage based on your jurisdiction
- Turn the campaign ON.
- Click on the integrations tab and select "New Integration".
- Give the integration a name, this can be specific to your source or listing.
- Select your provider as the lead source from the drop down menu. **
- Under the email filter, add the from address and subject line for the showing request or confirmation email.
- Within the filter for "Body", add the respective listing address that you'd like to capture for this campaign.
- Finally, select the campaign that you'd like to trigger the next time this email is received.
That's it! Moving forward, the Agent Legend campaign will automatically pick up the information and add it to your campaign.
** If you don't see your showing provider listed as a lead source, please forward a copy of the email confirmation to our team at Support@agentlegend.com and we'll add it to our list for you.
