How do I create a campaign?

Creating a campaign is super simple. 

We've collected the best-performing campaigns and turned them into templates so you don't have to reinvent the wheel and can engage your contacts quickly. 

  1. From the main Dashboard or the Campaigns Dashboard, click the Add Campaign button at the top of the page.
  2. This takes you to the Campaign Template Library. From here select the type of campaign you want to create by clicking the Create Campaign button. Not sure which one to pick? You can click each card to learn more about a particular campaign.
  3. Next, after you have selected a campaign template, you can review your new campaign and start customizing it. At the very least, you'll want to record custom voicemails and possibly personalize the email and text templates if your incoming contacts will have personal information.
  4. When you're happy with the campaign, go ahead and turn it ON. Then, you'll want to create an integration so you can start importing contacts into your campaign automatically.
