How do I update my email address?

There are two places in your Agent Legend account where you can update your email address. One is your account email and the other is your followup email. You can use the same email address for both your account email and your followup email, but you don't have to.

Your account email is the email you use to log into your Agent Legend account. 

You can find your account email under the Profile Settings. To update this, type in the email address that you would like to use and click to Update. You will receive an email to your new address with a verification link and you may need to log in one last time using your old login to complete the change.


Your followup email is the email address that appears to a contact when they are sent a followup through your Agent Legend account. This email connects to Agent Legend to add contacts automatically. It is also the email address where all contact responses will be sent. This email does need to be connected directly to an inbox, and cannot be a distribution list.

You can find your followup email under Followup Settings. To update this, click the button for Update Email and enter the address you'd like to have for followup purposes and complete the process of logging into your email inbox directly. You will need to provide the necessary permissions when prompted to complete the update. When this is finished, you will be directed back to the dashboard.
