      User Responsibility: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws, including TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA. Agent Legend facilitates compliance but does not monitor or enforce adherence to legal requirements.

      1. Information We Collect

      1.1 Personal Information: We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including:

      • Name, email address, phone number, and job title.
      • Payment and billing information.
      • Account credentials and preferences.

      1.2 Automatically Collected Information: When you access our Platform, we may collect:

      1.3 User-Uploaded Data: Users may upload contact lists or other personal information (“Uploaded Data”). You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consent from third parties before uploading data and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

From this, we may generate enriched outputs such as predictive scores, segmentation, or behavior-based prioritization (“Enriched Data”).

      Enriched Data may be used internally and, where legally permitted, may be licensed or sold to third parties in non-competing industries, including home improvement, financial services, insurance, or moving services. We do not identify you as the source of any such data and take reasonable steps to protect your proprietary strategies.

      In limited circumstances, and where allowed by law, we may license or resell raw, unaltered lead records (“Lead Data”) provided by clients, strictly to companies outside of your primary vertical. You may opt out of future resale of identifiable Lead Data by submitting written notice to support@agentlegend.com. Such opt-outs apply prospectively and may affect certain features or pricing structures.

      5.2 Uploaded Data: Agent Legend does not sell or share Uploaded Data. Such data is used strictly as directed by you.

      5.3 Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or users.

      5.4 Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

      6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other tracking technologies to:

      • Understand how users interact with the Platform

      • Personalize experiences and content

      • Analyze traffic and usage trends

      • Support advertising and remarketing activities

      7.2 Uploaded Data Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all Uploaded Data complies with TCPA requirements, including obtaining prior express written consent where necessary.

      7.3 Opt-Out Mechanism: We provide recipients with clear instructions to opt out of communications in compliance with TCPA and FCC regulations.

      7.4 Data Sharing Transparency: We commit to transparency in how your personal and uploaded data is used and shared. If we make material changes to how your lead data or personal information is sold, licensed, or shared, we will notify you in advance and provide options to manage your preferences
