Where can I purchase leads?
Click on the Marketplace on the left sidebar menu within the Agent Legend desktop app. Then, click to "view details" on Leads. Review the instructions and click "Get Leads" to be directed to our Agent Legend branded store.
Once you're in the store, you'll be prompted to create an account to get started.
What types of leads can I choose from?
- Absentee Leads
- Downsizer Leads
- Distressed Leads
- Divorced Leads
- Likely to Sell Leads
- Investor Leads
You can select leads by zip code or a target radius around a desired address/property. This is a great option if you're looking to send Open House invitations to nearby residents!
Can I text these leads?
You can send handwritten letters and emails to these leads. In addition, you can call the leads that are not on the "Do Not Call" list. If you are interested in calling, there's an option to filter for those who are not on the "Do Not Call" list.
These leads have not opted in to receive text communication from you. You are not authorized to text these leads using the Agent Legend platform. Doing so may result in fines or other legal ramifications.
