Wireless phone carriers strive to protect consumers from SPAM, malicious entities, and unwanted messaging. These initiatives align with the industry's overarching objectives of building a fully registered and verified business messaging ecosystem in the United States.

Updates to Unregistered Traffic and Campaign Registration Fees

To send text messages within the US, all individuals are required to register all 10DLC phone numbers. Consequently, AT&T and T-Mobile are raising the per-message rate for unregistered traffic in order to incentivize senders to register. Failure to register these numbers may result in additional filtering or blocking measures being applied.

Please note that registration is required for all customers.

A2P 10DLC Pricing and Charges

There are two categories of fees associated with A2P 10DLC: registration fees, and per-message carrier fees. Both types of fees are charged by carriers as part of the A2P 10DLC system, and are passed through to Agent Legend customers at no added cost.

Registration Fees

These are applied when we register your A2P Brand and your A2P Use Case. There is a one-time fee of $4 for Low Volume Standard Brand. And $1.70/month fee for the Campaign which goes along with this.

Carrier Fees

Wireless carriers add these fees for A2P 10DLC messages sent to users on their networks. These fees are applied in addition to Agent Legend's pricing.
