What are Monthly Active Contacts?

Your Monthly Active Contacts are the total number of Contacts that have received a Followup from one of your Agent Legend Campaigns this month.

For example, if you have a Contact named John Smith who received a Text Message from Campaign A this month, he would be one of your Monthly Active Contacts. But, if you have Jane Smith, who won't receive any messages from Campaign A until next month, she would not be one of your Monthly Active Contacts for this month, even though she has an Active Status
