Queued contacts are waiting in line to start a campaign.
When uploading contacts in bulk, the first 50 will start on the campaign right away and the rest will be queued to start the campaign at a rate of 50 per day, automatically!
Contacts are processed from the queue first in, first out, and will begin the campaign at the start of your working hours each day. Newly queued contacts will "get in line" behind anyone who's already queued.
Contacts subject to queueing are manual contacts added one-by-one or uploaded from CSV, contacts sent in from Zapier, and existing contacts moved or chained into a new campaign.
You can clear the queue as a whole from the dashboard OR clear queued contacts from a specific campaign. Contacts that are cleared from the queue will no longer be waiting in line to start the campaign.
