What is a followup email address?

This is the email address used to send and receive messages.
This is also used to capture contacts via Email Integrations.

Connecting your followup email requires logging into your preferred email inbox directly and providing the necessary permissions when prompted. 

Your followup email can be different from your profile (login) email address.
