What does Lead Intelligence do?

Lead Intelligence creates a custom model using your data to tell you who in your database is most likely to close and give you more information about your ideal customer personas.

We help you focus your time and money on the right leads, sales activities, and marketing activities to increase your conversion rates and grow the top of your lead funnel. Rather than pursuing leads at random, Lead Intelligence helps you focus on the right leads, at the right time, with the right message!

How is Lead Intelligence different from other lead scoring I've seen in the past? 

Typical lead scoring relies on one of two things: customer activity or limited 3rd party data (life events, e.g. "the 5 D's"). Our lead scoring combines your first party data with 1,500+ 3rd party data features to create the most predictive model possible. 

How has Lead Intelligence been put in action for other Agent Legend customers?

We've seen our customers use Lead Intelligence in many ways, examples include:

  1. Live lead scoring within their CRM: segment lead nurturing activities based on the lead's score. For example: leads with a score >90 get a personal phone call, while leads with a score <50 are added to an automated Agent Legend campaign. 
  2. Using Customer Personas to adjust sales activities: reach out to your leads in their preferred method, or assign your agents to leads based on the best fit with each persona.
  3. Improve Marketing Efforts: We can tell you which zip codes your ideal customers are most likely to reside within. Our customers use zip code scoring to focus their marketing dollars on the highest scoring zip codes.
  4. Identify new leads: your model can help score new leads to determine which households are most likely to transact. 

Is my team a good fit?

To create your own custom model, we need a minimum of 500-1,000 closings in the past ~3 years. If you don't quite meet those numbers, let's talk more about potential solutions that can work for your team.

5. We'll align on the path forward together and discuss next steps for turning Lead Intelligence on in your CRM.

6. Our Tech team will complete your CRM activation and connect your model to your CRM so scores and personas populate directly in your CRM.

7. Once scoring is turned on, we'll coach you on how to create smarter lists and change behaviors of your team members to maximize your ROI.
