Your "outgoing" phone number is the phone number assigned to you by Agent Legend when you add your Mobile Number to your account. This can take some time, depending on the availability of numbers in your Area Code. If you need a different area code, please reach out and we can help.
This number is the forward-facing number for all the outbound correspondence from Agent Legend and the mobile app.
Why do we use this and not your personal phone number? The "outgoing" number allows Agent Legend to track the responses from your contacts and stop the campaign automatically when they reply.
