      What is Smart Followup?

      Smart Followup is a set of machine learning (ML) tools and algorithms created by Agent Legend to further automate your followup workflows and improve your response rates.

      A few of these include:

      • Auto-archiving (unsubscribing) contacts that have given an indication or an explicit request for the removal from further communication.
      • Suggestions provided to you while you compose your followup messages. These suggestions are based on best practices and mimic those of our top customers.
