What types of video can I use in my followup messages?

In emails, you can add any video you have an external link for. You can also embed BombBomb videos directly within your email followups.

For text followup, use an SMS compatible video format to ensure the video displays properly. 

Acceptable formats include: MPEG, MP4, WEBM, 3GP, H261, H263, and H264
