What should I do if a contact asks to be removed?

You need to Archive the contact if they ask to be removed.

Agent Legend does not allow deleting contacts to preserve the conversation history. Instead, "archive" the contact.

The Archive feature is essentially our version of a "Do Not Call" list and as such, it is permanent and locked.

Contacts can archive themselves automatically by clicking Unsubscribe from the bottom of the email OR by texting back with "stop".
