What is the AI Rewrite Tool?

Agent Legend now has a new AI Re-Write Tool designed to help you quickly optimize your campaign text messages for compliance, deliverability, and performance.

What is the AI Re-Write Tool?

The AI Re-Write Tool automatically generates shorter, cleaner versions of your existing campaign messages. These suggestions are designed to:

• Stay within the 300-character limit 
• Avoid common carrier spam filters
• Preserve your original intent and tone
• Improve deliverability and lead engagement

How It Works

When editing a campaign message, you’ll now see a “Use AI Rewrite” option next to your existing SMS. Once selected, you’ll be presented with two AI-generated options:

1. Updated SMS Only

   A rewritten version of your original SMS that is concise and compliance-friendly.

2. Updated SMS + Email Follow-Up

   A paired strategy that breaks the full message into a short SMS + a more detailed follow-up email, giving you the best of both worlds.

You can preview, or Accept Rewrite to add the option directly into your campaign.

• The tool will be available when editing campaign text messages in.
• From the Conversations Tab, when replying to an inbound SMS message.

Look for the ✨ AI Re-Write icon next to your message editor.

• Use AI suggestions as a starting point — you can always customize the tone or wording.
• For longer messages, consider using the SMS + Email version to avoid additional costs.
• Review your tone and personalization fields before finalizing.

Q: Can I use this for voicemail or email only messages?

A: At this time, the AI Re-Write Tool is available for SMS and SMS+Email steps only.

Q: Will this overwrite my original message?

A: No — you’ll see the AI suggestions separately and can choose whether to use or ignore them.

Q: Is this required?

A: Not required, but highly recommended for any messages nearing or exceeding the 300-character limit.
