Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can import?

You can upload as many contacts as you’d like - there’s no overall limit!

However, when importing contacts via CSV, manually entering them, using Zapier, or moving existing leads into a new campaign, up to 50 contacts per day will begin the campaign automatically. The first 50 contacts start right away, and the rest are queued to start at a rate of 50 per day. Contacts are processed from the queue first in, first out.

Example: If you're importing 200 contacts, you can either upload them all at once and let the system queue them, or split them into four CSV files and upload one per day.

Important exceptions:

This 50-contact-per-day limit does not apply to contacts coming in via:

• Email parsing (e.g. leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
• CRM integrations (like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, etc.)

Those contacts will be added and started immediately, regardless of volume.
