How do I purchase handwritten letter credits?
Letter credits are what power every handwritten letter you send through Agent Legend. Credits never expire, so you can stock up whenever it's convenient and use them as you need them.
How do I buy credits?
- Open the Agent Legend desktop app and click Marketplace in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the Handwritten Letters tile to learn more.
- Select the credit package you'd like to purchase and complete checkout. Credits are added to your account automatically.
How do I check my credit balance?
Click into your Billing Settings to view the letter wallet balance.
Do letter credits expire?
No - letter credits never expire. You can buy in bulk today and use them whenever you're ready.
How many credits does one letter use?
Each letter sent uses one credit, regardless of how you send it — whether through a drip campaign, a bulk batch, or directly to a single contact.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-send?
You'll be prompted to purchase additional credits before you can proceed. Letters will not be queued or sent without a sufficient credit balance.
How do I set up Auto Replenish?
When Auto Replenish is active, letter credits are purchased automatically any time your balance reaches 0. You can define how many credits to purchase each time it kicks in, so you never get interrupted mid-campaign.
Note: Auto Replenish requires an active plan subscription. You'll need to subscribe to a plan before you can enable this feature.
How do I set up a Low Credits Warning?
When the Low Credits Warning is active, Agent Legend will send you an email notification when your balance is running low. By default, the warning goes out when you have 25 or fewer credits remaining.
