Lily's Suggested Prompts

Lily lets you search, understand, and take action across your entire database using natural language.

Unlike traditional reports or filtered lists, Lily can read your contacts, conversations, behavioral activity, property data, lead scores, and CRM records together. Ask a question in plain English, and Lily will answer using all the relevant information available to her.

The prompts below are ready to use. Copy them as written, or customize the details to match your market, contacts, campaigns, and business goals.

Writing Better Prompts

The more specific your prompt is, the more useful Lily's response will be.

Instead of asking:

How many leads do I have?

Try asking:

How many hot leads do I have in Austin?

The second question gives you an answer you can act on.

When writing a prompt, include these three details:

  • Who you mean: Specify a score range, location, source, stage, or individual contact.
  • When you mean: Specify today, this week, the last 90 days, or the time since you last spoke.
  • What you want: Ask for a call list, a campaign, a meeting brief, or another clear outcome.

Tip: Lily remembers the conversation

If an answer is close but not quite right, tell Lily what to change instead of starting over.

Now narrow that to first-time buyers.

What's Included in This Library

Section What It Is For
Finding People Search your entire database in plain English, including leads and CRM contacts.
One Person, the Full Picture Review everything already said to or received from an individual contact.
Campaigns Build a campaign from a goal or check the status of an existing campaign.
Circle Prospecting Turn an address, ZIP code, or listing into a scored list of nearby prospects.
Turn a Search into Action Continue directly from a search result to the appropriate next step.

1. Finding People

Search across your entire database at once, including leads and CRM contacts, using everyday language.

Example Prompts

How many leads do I have?
How many hot leads do I have in [city]?
Show me my warm leads, ranked by score.
Which leads have gone silent for 30 days or more?
Find leads I have not contacted in the last 45 days.
Match this listing to the leads most likely to want it: [price], [beds]-bed [baths]-bath, [city], [type].

Tip

Ask for a count before asking for a list. A quick "How many?" tells you whether the list is worth reviewing before you commit time to it.

2. One Person, the Full Picture

Before you call, text, or email someone, ask Lily to show you everything already known about that contact.

Example Prompts

Give me the full history on [name].
What have I already said to [name], and what did they say back?

Good to know

Lily tells you when there is nothing to find instead of guessing. If a lead has never messaged you through Agent Legend, Lily will say so plainly rather than inventing a conversation history.

3. Campaigns

Build a new campaign from a goal or check the status of a campaign that is already running.

Example Prompts

Build a campaign to re-engage cold leads who have gone silent for 90 or more days.
How's my [campaign name] campaign doing?
What campaigns do I have running right now?
Update my [campaign name] campaign to focus on new listings this month.

Tip

Give Lily the objective and the audience rather than the mechanics.

Re-engage cold leads who went silent 90 or more days ago.

That is a complete brief. Lily can work out the appropriate channels, tone, and timing from there.

4. Circle Prospecting

Turn an address, ZIP code, or listing into a scored list of the households and prospects around it.

Example Prompts

Find leads near [address or ZIP].
How many prospects are within a mile of [address]?
Order the scored leads for [address], sales-qualified only.

Good to know

Lily first tells you what is already in your database. If you have no existing leads in the selected area, Lily will say so and then offer to help fill the gap.

5. Turn a Search into Action

Some searches are worth following directly through to a next step.

Example Prompt

Show me my leads in [city], then add them to my [campaign name] campaign.

Before anything changes

Lily previews the affected contacts before making changes. You will see who is about to be added and have an opportunity to confirm the action before it happens.

Writing Your Own Prompts

Once these examples feel natural, you will begin creating prompts that are specific to your own business. The prompts that work best tend to share four habits.

Name the Outcome, Not the Feature

Tell Lily what you want to accomplish instead of naming the tool you think she should use.

Instead of:

Search my leads.

Try:

Make sure nobody from this week goes uncontacted.

Include Your Constraints

Tell Lily how much time you have, the tone you want, and anything that is off limits.

I have 30 minutes and I do not want to sound salesy.

Those details can significantly improve the answer.

Follow Up Instead of Restarting

Narrow the audience, widen the search, or change the timeframe within the same conversation. Lily remembers the context of your previous questions.

Make It a Routine

The prompts that have the greatest impact are usually the ones you run consistently. Choose three prompts, run them every Monday for a month, and see what opportunities appear.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Ask Lily:

What can you help me with?

You can also start with these three prompts and work through the results:

How many leads do I have?
Give me the full history on [name].
How's my [campaign name] campaign doing?

What Lily Cannot Do

Lily works with the information available through Agent Legend and its connected data sources.

Lily cannot:

  • Access parcel-level business entity ownership records, such as LLC or corporate ownership records.
  • Access MLS data directly.
  • Retrieve information from systems or data sources that are not connected to Agent Legend.
