How do I use Bulk Messages?

Send a one-time message to multiple contacts in just a few clicks.

Bulk Messages allow you to quickly send an email, text message, or voicemail to a selected group of contacts without creating a campaign. Whether you're announcing an open house, sharing an important update, or following up with a specific segment of your database, Bulk Messages make it easy to reach multiple contacts at once.

Sending a Bulk Message

1. Navigate to the Contacts page.
2. (Optional) Apply filters or a Saved View to display the contacts you'd like to message.
3. Select the contacts you'd like to include.

4. Click Message.

   Choose the message type:

   • Email
   • Text Message
   • Voicemail
5. Create your message.
6. Enter a name for the send, if you'd like.
7. Click Send.

Your message will begin sending immediately.
