Can I delete or unsubscribe a contact?

You can’t delete a contact, but you can archive them.

To archive a contact:

1. Click the Contacts tab on the left-hand menu.
2. Search for the contact you want to archive.
3. Select the contact, then click the arrow next to Status and change it to Yes.

Archiving a contact is Agent Legend’s version of a "Do Not Contact" list. Once a contact is archived, they can’t be edited, added to a campaign, or messaged manually through the platform.

If a contact unsubscribes, this will happen automatically - they’ll be archived for you.
