How do I create a custom email signature?

Setting up your email signature in Agent Legend is quick and easy. You have two options:

1. Use the Signature Generator

This is the recommended method. Simply fill in your details, and Agent Legend will create a polished, mobile-friendly signature that's been tested to work across 50+ email clients.

2. Manually Paste HTML

If you already have a custom email signature you'd like to use, switch to the Manual tab and paste in your HTML code.

Note: Manually created signatures can be tricky. If you go this route, be sure to test your signature across email clients, as formatting may not always display correctly.

Where is my signature used?

Once created, your email signature will be automatically added to the bottom of all email messages sent through Agent Legend campaigns. There’s no need to manually include it in each follow-up.

You can manage your signature under Followup Settings.

Tip: If you’ve already added a signature manually to any campaign templates, be sure to remove it to avoid duplicates.
