How can I stop followups from being sent when I'm on vacation?

If you're going to be out of the office, you can pause follow-ups by setting Non-Working Days in your Followup Settings.

Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Click your profile icon and go to Settings
  2. Select the Followup tab at the top
  3. Scroll down to Non-Working Days and turn the setting ON.
  4. Choose the specific dates you’ll be unavailable

Any follow-up messages scheduled during those dates will be automatically postponed to the next available working day.

This is a great way to ensure your leads only receive messages when you're around to respond.
