What is the Auto-Response to Missed Calls?

If you miss a call through the Agent Legend mobile app, we’ll automatically send a text message to your lead—helping you stay connected even when you’re unavailable.

You can customize this message by going to Followup Settings in your account.

You’ll also receive a push notification in the mobile app letting you know about the missed call, so you can follow up right away.
