Send automated Agent Legend text messages from your Follow Up Boss action plans using notes.
What is It?
You can schedule and send automated text messages by adding a note to your FUB action plan. These notes use time codes to send messages via Agent Legend, making your follow-up process smarter and more personalized.
How to Enable

If you haven't done so already, you'll first need to Connect Agent Legend to Follow Up Boss.
- Turn ON the setting for "Send Follow Up Boss Action Plan Notes as SMS to Contacts."
How to Set Up a Text Campaign within Follow Up Boss:

Open an existing or new Follow Up Boss action plan.

Add a note step where you want the text to send.

In the note:
Add the appropriate Agent Legend time tag (see list below).
Write the message as you would a text message
Include merge fields for personalization (e.g., lead first name).

Below are code examples that can be used to schedule text messages from FUB Notes:

Quick Tips
- Contacts will automatically be added to Agent Legend if they are not already present.
- Texts will be sent only to the primary phone number listed for that lead.
- All texts will abide your working hours to ensure compliance with TCPA.

If you have weekends or holidays turned OFF, the message will be postponed automatically.
