How to use the Follow Up Boss Embed App?

The Agent Legend embedded app allows you to connect with contacts, schedule follow-ups, and increase response rates — all directly within Follow Up Boss.

The Agent Legend embedded app provides direct access to powerful features, enabling immediate action, all within your favorite CRM.

  • Campaign Management: Add contacts to campaigns for automated follow-up.

  • Direct Texting: Send or schedule text messages directly within Follow Up Boss.

  • Ringless Voicemail Drops: Leave pre-recorded voicemails or schedule them to go out later.

If you haven't done so already, you'll first need to Connect Agent Legend to Follow Up Boss.

Enabling the Embedded App 

After connecting FUB and Agent Legend via API, enable the embedded app.
  1. On the Follow Up Boss Dashboard, go to the Admin tab.

  2. Select More and navigate to Integrations.

  3. Locate Agent Legend under Embedded App at the bottom of the page.

  4. Click on Agent Legend and select Enable Integration.

Note: For communication between FUB and Agent Legend, contacts must exist in both systems.
This also requires your Agent Legend login email to match your Follow Up Boss login email.

 

Adding New Contacts to Agent Legend

We'll detect when your FUB contact is not in Agent Legend.
To add them, click the Import Contact button.

View or Dial Out to Your Contact

  • Click on the contact's name to view their record inside Agent Legend

  • To dial out through Agent Legend, click the adjacent phone icon.

 

Adding Contacts to Campaigns

  • Under Add to Campaign, click the dropdown to select a campaign, and click Add.

Stopping Campaigns

  • Click the Stop button to turn a campaign OFF

  • Finished campaigns will appear in gray.

Sending Text Messages

  1. Within the Agent Legend app, locate the Messages section.

  2. Enter your text in the message field, then click Send.

  3. Messages will appear in the timeline under the Messages tab within FUB.

  4. Click on Schedule for a later date? to select a future date and time.



Recording Ringless Voicemails

  1. Click the Record Voicemail dropdown.

  2. Follow the instructions to call in and record your message or select a file to upload. 
  3. The voicemail button will turn red once saved. Click Send Voicemail to send your message.

  4. You can also schedule the voicemail for a later date using the Schedule option.

Archiving a Contact

  • Toggle Archived ON to put them on a DNC list. 
  • Contacts who opt-out will be automatically Archived and have the AL: OPT-OUT tag applied in Follow Up Boss.
