RealScout Tags and Campaign Overview

Agent Legend's RealScout campaigns are a suite of 8 pre-built follow-up sequences that trigger automatically based on your contacts' activity inside your home search portal. Each campaign is built for a specific type of behavior — so the right message always goes to the right person at the right moment.

Campaign details

HVA Viewed Fires when a homeowner clicks through their Home Value Alert to check what their home is worth. They looked at a number but didn't reach out — this campaign follows up to start a conversation. Tone is educational and warm, never assuming they want to sell. Recommended for Lily 80+ contacts.

HVA Valuation Message Fires when a homeowner doesn't just view their Home Value Alert — they send a message asking about their home's value. This is a response campaign, not outreach. Every touchpoint is framed as delivering on their request. Works for any Lily score. For 89+ leads, make a live call in addition to the campaign.

Property Saved Fires when a buyer saves a listing to their favorites. Saving is a deliberate action — they saw something they liked. The campaign helps them move from passive browsing to active searching. Default copy works without property-specific data; optional property-specific Day 1 versions are available if your integration is passing [[Property Street Address]]   to Agent Legend.

Property Viewed 3+ Fires when a buyer views the same listing three or more times. Repeated viewing is a stronger signal than saving — they keep coming back to the same property. Primary copy uses [[Property Street Address]]  . Generic fallback versions are available for Day 1 if property data isn't passing through.

Open House Info Viewed Fires when a buyer looks up open house times on a listing. Checking open house info is a planning behavior — they're considering showing up in person. More specific than Property Saved, less urgent than a showing request.

Showing Request Message Fires when a buyer clicks the showing request button on a listing. This is the strongest buying signal in the suite. Day 1 SMS fires immediately, email within 15–30 minutes, voicemail within 1–2 hours. For 89+ leads, make a live call the moment this tag fires. Primary copy uses [[Property Street Address]]  .

Market Activity Viewed Fires when a contact views general market activity data. This is the most neutral campaign in the suite — the viewer could be a buyer, seller, or simply market-curious. Touchpoints use open-ended questions to discover intent. Recommended for Lily 90+ contacts only, as it's a low-specificity signal.

Message Sent Fires when a contact sends a message through your home search portal about anything. Intent is unknown, so the campaign stays neutral and works for buyers, sellers, and general inquiries alike. This is a response campaign — treat every touchpoint as answering their outreach, not cold prospecting. Works for any Lily score. For 89+ leads, make a live call immediately.

How do Lily scores work with these campaigns?

Lily tags reflect your contacts' lead scores based on their likelihood to transact. When you set up your integrations, you can require both a RealScout tag and a Lily tag before a campaign fires — ensuring your most assertive campaigns only go to contacts who are both behaviorally active and statistically likely to act.

For contacts below the recommended Lily score, set up a separate integration that triggers a lower-intensity nurture campaign instead.

> Note: Lily filtering is optional. If you don't have Lily connected, campaigns can be triggered on the RealScout tag alone.
