How do I set my working hours?

Setting your working hours in Agent Legend ensures your follow-up messages are sent when you're most likely to be available to respond.

Leads can come in at any time, day or night, but sending a message at 2:00 AM isn't ideal. That’s why Agent Legend waits to send follow-ups until your working hours begin.

What you can customize:

  • Your time zone
  • The hours you're available each day
  • Whether or not to send follow-ups on weekends or holidays

We recommend setting hours when you're actually available, especially if your campaign includes calls or texts. If messages are being sent until 9 PM, make sure that’s a time you’re willing to engage. Otherwise, responses may feel automated or go unanswered.

How it works:

  • If a contact comes in outside your working hours, their campaign will start the next available day at the start of your working hours.
  • If weekend follow-ups are turned off, and a lead arrives on Sunday at 10 AM, their campaign will begin Monday at 10 AM.
  • Follow-ups scheduled on major U.S. holidays are automatically postponed to the next working day. You can see the holiday list by hovering over the calendar icon in your settings.

Be sure to schedule all campaign messages—including those after Day 1—within your working hours. Messages set outside your available times will not send.

All timestamps shown in your account will follow the time zone you’ve selected.
